Class Action Lawsuit Empty Class Action Lawsuit

Post  accountantguy Tue Mar 12, 2013 7:43 pm

We hired an excellent franchise lawyer in our area, who advised us that we needed to first go down the road of setting up a franchisee association or a franchise advisory committee. Once we went down that road and if the franchisor demonstrated that they were not interested in having the franchise run as a "two way street", that they exert control and do not listen to their membership, do not work to adequately promote the franchise system, deteriorrate the business / franchise system, we would be in a position to lodge a class action lawsuit.

Perhpas this should be something that both Canadian and American franchises should lodge together, if this is the end result.
