If recent events have made you an unhappy franchisee, then I would check with your states Business Code. There are several states that void or invalidate non-compete agreements in the name of "Right to Work", "Free Enterprise", etc. This corporation is turning into an entity that I did not sign up for. I should have invested my money with "Anytime Fitness" or just did it on my own. Crying or Very sad
